Write to support@altcrm.io from the email you use in altcrm. Tell us your shop’s altcrm address (for example, yourshop.altcrm.io) and what happened; a screenshot helps. The altcrm app for iPhone and Android has the same address under More → Help & support.
Signing in
- On the web, open your shop’s address. Forgot it? Enter your email on the sign-in page and we’ll send you your shops.
- In the app, enter your shop’s address, then the email and password you use on the web.
- Forgot your password? Choose “Forgot password?” on your shop’s sign-in page or in the app.
